It is considered to be one of the biggest shopping mall in Europe, attracting 20 million visitor each year. It was constructed on an area of 495,000 m2 in Bayram Basha area (Bayrampasa).

It contains several places of entertaining like bowling, restaurants, skiing, playing area for kids, in addition to the shops. The most attractive element is the shopping mall Turkuazoo, which is the biggest and the first aquarium in Turkish, consisting of 10,000 types of fish. It was constructed on 8000 m2.
