Oylat Caves and Springs
The cave is surrounded by trees, glorious running Cascades from every direction, and other caves in a huge mountain. Oylat cave is considered one of the biggest caves in Bursa, and the third biggest cave in Turkey. It was formed because of a great earth-quake 300 million years ago. It is distinguished by its length that extends over 665 meters into the heart of the mountain. Inside it there is more than 146 steps, so the visitor would be able to wander, and enjoy the sulphuric springs there. Oylat cave is a beautiful cave that captures the eye with its strange colorful rocks. It somehow copels the visitors to take photographs of it in amusement. It could be visited in summer or winter because it is characterized by a moderate temperature all year long. Oylat area contains mineral springs and hot baths that tourists gather to relax and enjoy this healing water.
